We take immense pride in announcing that after nearly 2 decades of close collaboration with the VAUTID group, the Indian partners have recently completed the acquisition of VAUTID GmbH’s minority shareholding in Vautid-Shah to become fully independent. Starting October 30, 2018:

Except for the change in ownership and above visible changes, there has been no change in the Organization, product range or services offered. We are the same great team with same great solutions to Industrial wear problems. But alongside the name change comes a fresh fire-lit bold vision of ambitious growth, technical enhancement and global expansion for Hardcarb®.
The company, which employs close to 200 people, started off as a specialist manufacturer of premium composite wearplates in 1999. Our operations today have become more global in nature and include several product lines beyond where we began. Today, we are one of the few hardfacing companies globally to hold the distinction of designing and manufacturing 100% of our production equipment, thanks to our in-house automation and software department.
Time and again, our pioneering work with nanostructured and tungsten carbide hardfacing superalloys has solved the severest of wear challenges posed to us. Hardcarb Technologies is now looking at increasing its footprint in the next couple of years. With quality upgrades and growth on top of the agenda, we are already investing heavily in cutting edge technologies and increasing production capacity for better, economical and faster deliveries to our esteemed clients.
It is a really exciting time for the company, as 2019 marks our 20th anniversary. We take this opportunity to thank each of you for putting your trust in us over the past two decades. As we embark on our next chapter, we look forward to taking Hardcarb to the next level. With nerve, genius, fate and you by our side, we hope to achieve greater growth in India and the markets abroad.
